Educational equity advocate and experienced leader with 20+ years of progressively responsible roles in a variety of education, justice system, nonprofit and public sector environments. My interests, experience and skills extend from leading game-changing college access programs for students from marginalized communities to enhancing educational, diversion and re-entry opportunities for incarcerated young people and adults in Washington State. I received my MA in Public Administration from Seattle University and I currently serve as the Director for the College Success Foundation in the NW Coastal region of WA. Our dedicated regional team works tirelessly to assist thousands of underrepresented students annually in overcoming barriers to complete college and interrupt cycles of intergenerational poverty.
